B-MERC was founded with a clear purpose — to give Mercedes-Benz owners a genuine specialist alternative to the dealership. Our journey began in Johannesburg, where the workshop was built around one principle: accurate diagnosis first, parts replacement last.

From the start, we focused on understanding the electronics and control systems that modern Mercedes vehicles rely on. As vehicles became more complex, many workshops relied on guesswork. We chose a different path — investing in advanced diagnostic equipment, deep system knowledge, and disciplined fault-finding processes.

As our reputation grew and more customers sought specialist Mercedes expertise, the decision was made to expand. The Cape Town branch was opened to bring the same high standard of Mercedes-focused maintenance and electronic repair to the Western Cape.
